By accessing and using Adelaide University Accommodation Rental Database, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Adelaide University Accommodation Rental Database lists a range of accommodation, including rental and shared for the exclusive use of Adelaide University students and staff, and provides students with a direct referral to property owners, managers and tenants offering accommodation to University students.

The University lists properties in this database as a service to our students and staff. We list the information as provided and therefore do not take responsibility for the quality of the accommodation or the accuracy of the information listed. We recommend that students familiarize themselves with the Residential Tenancies Act (1995). Any questions about tenant rights and responsibilities should be directed to Consumer & Business Services, Telephone 131882. Access the database by registering your account with your University email address and password, and use the database search results to establish your preferred type of accommodation, location, to set yourself a realistic rental budget or find suitable rental accommodation. It is your responsibility to ensure that housing and amenities are suitable for your purposes prior to making a decision about renting accommodation. 

You hereby release Adelaide University to use data collected through your use of the database for its internal reporting, planning and research purposes.
