3-bedroom shared house, Leda Court

We're going away for a few months and looking for someone to live in our house while we're gone. It's fully furnished, so you'd only need to bring your own things. You get the whole house except the main bedroom, which stays shut because our belongings will be stored in there.

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, laundry and living areas are all yours. We're having solar installed before we go, so power bills should be small.

$250 per week. Bills are separate. There's a bond and a room rental agreement.

For city Campus, the M44 bus stops on Ladywood Road about a five minute walk away and runs straight into the city via the O-Bahn, no changing buses. The O-Bahn covers the 15 km from Tea Tree Plaza to the city in under 20 minutes. Buses run from around 5:20 am until after midnight, so late nights on campus aren't a problem.

Mawson Lakes campus is about a 15 minute drive, so the house works well if you're studying there and have a car. By bus it's slower, since you'd need to change.
