3-bedroom shared house, Marybank Terrace

We are looking to rent a bedroom in our rental home in a nice, quiet Athelstone neighborhood.

Shared spaces include a full bathroom, a kitchen and a living room, as well as outdoor patio and yard spaces, a shed, and an indoor laundry area. There is also a 2 car driveway and street parking. We value a tidy, organised home and share responsibility for cleaning common areas.

We have a few house rules:
- quiet hours: 9pm to 7am
- no smoking or illegal drug usage
- no parties/events.
