3-bedroom shared house, Jolly Ave

This is a private rental with 2 rooms available for rent and the third occupied by a lady home owner (working professional). Located in a peaceful location in a quiet street with a view to the park. Well connected by public transport to the city (bus stop 5 mins walking distance) and cycling or a short drive to the Mawson Lakes campus. 5 minute drive to all major facilities in Northgate. This is a comfortable, safe and respectful living environment for the working professional and/or students.
The house is undergoing renovation (adding an extension at the back, so the main part of the house is not affected) which will be on hold during your stay here. I will be travelling overseas from early August and due back in late October. I will continue with the renovations once I'm back which is the reason why the house is only available for a 3 month stay while I'm away. I have a small Maltese Shitzu, Ella who is very friendly and likes people. She will be staying with my sister while I'm overseas. The bills will be split between tenants, including gas, water, electricity and internet. There is on street parking available.
