4-bedroom shared house, Highfield Ave

This is a homestay house with 3 international students who have their own separate rooms and cook their own meals (no double occupancy). The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate dining room and lounge. The bathroom is large and shared. There are locks on all bedrooms and the bathroom. The room which is now available has a single bed, large desk, very small desk and bedside table and wardrobe. The WiFi in this room comes with a dedicated cable suitable for games. The toilet comes with a douche for those who have this as their custom in their country.
The bus service to the city and both of the main city Adelaide University campuses is the 147 and the bus stop is almost in front of the house. The house is close to the city - check Google.

The owner of this property lives in the back room. He lives a busy life and allows students to have their own individual lives. He however is an adult online English teacher who specialises in IELTS and pronunciation and is available to help with English and for help with seeking paid work. He has useful contacts. He also teaches chess, pickleball and public speaking. He is above average in all these areas and you can if you wish accompany him for these experiences free of charge. He has been a home host for international students for over 20 years so is very conversant with their needs.
Students usually stay for 2 or 3 years or even longer. Vacancies do not come up very often.
