RENT:
Price: $210 (single only) per week

ROOM2: (Available now)
This room (9 m^2) is fully furnished with single bed, study desk and chair, book shelf, wardrobe, bedside table and Mitsubishi split air conditioning.

RENT:
Price: $185 (single only) per week

All the price includes all bills (water, electricity, gas) and internet cost, but excludes air conditioning fee. The tenant needs to pay extra electricity cost based on the actual usage (separate meter reading) if he/she uses the air conditioner in the room.

Minimum stay: 6 months

HOUSEMATES:
House is to be shared with the landlady (Chinese) and one female university student.
