You can easily study in the room, or go and sit by the pool and fire up a BBQ whilst you work

A cafe / restuarant is located at the reception area, and does lovely coffee, plus some great meals for $19. 00. Indian, Italian, Japanese restuarants etc... Are only two minutes away from you too

You will have your own keys to the building and car park, so you can come and go as you desire....

There's a library / post office nearby if you require photocopying, plus the Sussex pub is only 4 minutes away by foot

There are also free tennis courts, and a linear track if you want to walk, or cycle by the river
