UniLodge Metro Adelaide - Fully furnished room in a girls only, 2 bedroom, penthouse apartment, in a prime location. Near railway, tram and bus lines. Students only. I am looking for a lease transfer; the current tenancy contract ends in February and the new tenant will have the option to renew their tenancy closer to the end date. You will need proof of income, proof of enrollment, and for international students, proof of visa. Can provide more pictures, videos, or in person inspections upon requests.
The location is ideal, right near the railway station, bus lines, and tram lines. Both current tenants (including me) will be moving out on the 1st and 2nd of July therefore, you will have the entire apartment to yourself until someone else moves into the second bedroom. This penthouse apartment is probably the best student accommodation you can find especially for the price, with all utilities included, personal and shared aircon. The personal air con you can control just for your room, which isn't offered at a lot of other places, and there are lots of community events, free food and snacks, and opportunities to make friends. There are common areas with study rooms and kitchens and pool tables.
