Kitchen utensils are provided, rice cooker is provided. Kitchen has gas stove and large fridge. Bosch washing machine is available in the laundry. There are clothes line outside for hanging your wet clothing.

Only on very hot days there is ducted air conditioning.

Close by to supermarkets like Woolworths, Coles, Foodland, Target. Close to banks (Commonwealth bank, ANZ, National Bank and Bank SA), cafes, post office and restaurants.

Students can take Bus 206 or Bus 208 from bus stop 17 to Adelaide University.
There are students who ride on bikes to Adelaide University.
