The house is 4 1/2 kilometres from the city centre. There is a bus stop outside the house and one on the opposite side of the road. There is a couple living there at present so male or female are welcome. There is a fully equipped gym on the premises - the male living there is studying a degree in exercise physiology and happy to share his gym. There is a second toilet handy to the room for rent. The couple have a friendly Jack Russell terrier.
