Our homestay has two storeys with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. It is located in a great suburb. It is close to the city, taking 20-25 minutes by bus and 15 minutes by car. The bus stop is only a few steps away and has different routes.

Currently, we have 3 rooms with available for $270, $ 280 0r $320 per week for 3 females or 3 males tenants. This includes all bills and unlimited internet. The room is fully furnished with a king-single or double bed, desk, table lamp, bookcase, and wardrobe. Our beautiful home also has lots of space indoors and outdoors. There will be an option to lease out the whole house for $750/weeks fully furnished if a group of students are interested to rent together.
