City is 7 minutes walk to bus stop, 15 minutes to city with a frequent timetable
Flinders University and Flinders Medical Centre are 20 minutes by bus.
Supermarket and restaurants/cafes 7 minutes walk.
Burnside Shopping Centre and Mitcham Shopping Centre are 5-10 minutes by bus.

The house features open plan family and dining areas with reverse cycle air conditioner, kitchen with new appliances, a formal lounge and dining area, laundry, 2 bedrooms, 1½ bathrooms (student has own toilet), and a private rear courtyard. Shared kitchen, family room, bathroom and laundry facilities.

This is an owner-occupier house. I am a retired Christian lady, and have a gentle 15 year old cat. I am tidy, friendly, respectful of other people’s space, and am looking for someone similar.
