The house is in the quiet suburb of Daw Park, and is conveniently located for easy travel to Flinders University (& Flinders Medical Centre), Tonsley Campus, and to Adelaide University, by bus or car. The Repatriation General Hospital is also only a few minutes walk away as well. This house is perfect for students, or for anyone working in the local area. It is also within easy walking distance to Castle Plaza Shopping Centre, a Foodland Supermarket, an asian grocery store, and local shops (pizza, asian take-away, fish & chips/chicken, and a bakery).

The house is fully furnished and only one room is available. The cost of the room is $230 per week, with many inclusions (see below), and represents excellent value for money.

The room has its own lock for security and includes:-

• double bed with mattress & all linen, and a wall mirror
• desk (w/- drawers, lamp, & waste paper bin), and a bookcase/shelves
• office chair (with castors), visitors chair, & pin-up/notice board
• carpet, security screens, bedside drawers and lamp, & r/c air-conditioner
• built-in wardrobe (with drawers, & hangers)

The common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, and 2 bathrooms. The house has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating and cooling) to all rooms, and a large rear verandah, and carport. For your convenience, 2 large fridges and 2 large freezers are also provided. Regular cleaning of the common areas, lawn mowing, and yard maintenance services are included in your rent.

All bills are also included (electricity, water, and unlimited fast NBN internet).

As an added bonus (free of charge), shared consumables are also provided for your convenience such as toilet paper, liquid hand-wash soap, dishwashing liquid and sponges, laundry detergent, paper towels, air freshener, and various other cleaning products.

The only expense you will have, other than rent, is for your food.
