Regular weekly cleaning of the common areas, lawn mowing, and yard maintenance services are also included in your rent.

As an added bonus (free of charge), shared consumables are also provided for your convenience, (toilet paper, liquid hand-wash soap, dishwashing liquid and sponges, liquid laundry detergent, paper towels, air freshener, and various other cleaning products). The only expense you will have, other than your rent, is for your food.
