I am George and I am looking for someone who can contribute to a positive home environment.
I've been sharing my spare bedrooms for rent for about 4 years now.
I have one other flatmate in his early 50s who works full time and awaits the arrival of his family from overseas to settle here.
Tenancy period is flexible.

ROOM
The bedroom comes furnished with the following:
King single sized solid timber bed frame, multiple bedding sheet sets, built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, bedside drawer unit, study desk, chair, laundry basket, desk lamp, desk fan and shoe rack.
Furnishing may be flexible to suit your preferences.
The room has reverse cycle air conditioner / heating, a door lock and a shade cloth outside the window for privacy.
The house has NBN internet, security cameras and an alarm system.

HOUSE
A short walk from Brickworks Shopping Centre, petrol station, bus stop, linear park and about 25-minute walk to the Entertainment Centre (free tram to the city).
A 10–15-minute drive to the airport, beach and CBD
On-street parking is available.
Family room TV has YouTube.

KITCHEN + APPLIANCES
Spacious, renovated kitchen with ample pantry and fridge space.
Blender, kettle, toaster, food processor, microwave, rice cooker, hand blender, pots and pans, baking dishes, slow cooker and plenty of utensils and dishes.
The stove is gas and the oven is electrical.
There is a filtered water tap.

BACKYARD
There are undercover clotheslines and hanging dry rack for indoor clothes drying.
The backyard has picturesque garden and seating area.
