2-bedroom shared house, Elizabeth Street

Share house with a mature female & shared bathroom. Electricity, water, gas & internet are all included in the rent, however tenant will have to buy their own food. There is a refrigerator for their own use, either kept in their room or elsewhere in the house. The bedroom has built-in wardrobe which is large, an overhead fan and there is ducted aircon or heating which is zoned. A bed can be supplied if needed or the tenant can bring their own. There are 2 dogs & an elderly cat on the property; all being very friendly. The house is in a quiet street, behind a brick fence. Buses are 5 minutes walk from the house on Main North Road, or a 10 minute walk to Prospect Road. All facilities required are within 10 mins from the house. The city is a short 20 minute bus ride, and it's much quicker by car.
The owner is not currently working and enjoys a very quiet life when home. She is very friendly, however prefers to live quietly & simply.
She manages the lawns and gardens. The house is newly painted and all items are able to be used. There is a front loader washing machine & a dishwasher for use as well.
