There is 1 room to rent at the property for $250 per week. The house is 4 1/2 kilometres from the city centre. There is a bus stop outside the house and one on the opposite side of the road. There are solar panels on the house and a solar battery so the power bills are quite low. There are 2 males living there at present - male or female are welcome. There is a fully equipped gym on the premises - one of the males living there is studying a degree in exercise physiology and happy to share his gym. The other male is also studying at Adelaide Uni. There is a second toilet handy to the rooms for rent. The exercise physiology student also has a friendly Jack Russell terrier. There is more furniture available for the room if required.
