Private Room with Own Bathroom in Paradise
The home is brand new, well-kept, and easy to maintain, offering a comfortable, low-fuss living environment. Shared areas are fully furnished.
You’ll have your own dedicated bathroom (only shared for laundry) and will only be sharing the house with one other person, giving you plenty of quiet space and personal room.
The bedroom comes unfurnished, however there is a desk you are welcome to use (otherwise this can be moved out of the bedroom). The built-in robe has drawers.


The location:
• There is a bus stop directly outside the property driveway, and quick access to the Paradise Interchange to catch the O-Bahn for easy, quick travel into the city.
• Grocery store within very short walking distance.
• Close to the Linear Park trail for walks in nature.

Parking:
I use the carport space, but there are visitor parking bays within the complex. On-street parking nearby is also available. Public transport is very convenient if you don't drive!

I’m a full-time working professional. I'm looking for someone neat, tidy, and respectful who enjoys a calm, clean home. It will be just the two of us living here.

Bills:
Bills are not included in weekly rent. Bills for electricity, gas, water usage and internet will be split equally between us. As a welcome incentive, electricity will be free until November.
