A large, fully furnished room is available in a quiet older-style bungalow, ideal for a male student looking for a comfortable place to settle in and study.
You’ll be sharing with two male full-time students who get along well and enjoy a peaceful household.
The house is very close to public transport, with convenient connections to Flinders Uni, UniSA, Adelaide Uni and Local shops and cafés.
Your room
The available bedroom is large, spacious and fully furnished, including a queen-size bed and bedroom furniture.
Just bring your own bedding and personal belongings and make the space your own.
There is also a small amount of additional storage space available.

Your rent includes:
• Water, gas and electricity
• Fridge/freezer shared with two others
• Cooking utensils, pots and pans
• Plates, cups and cutlery
• Washing machine
• Undercover outdoor clothesline
• Bedroom furniture and queen-size bed
A home suited to study
This is a quiet study household, rather than a busy share house, so it would suit someone who values a peaceful home environment where they can study, relax and get on with their housemates.
A long-term tenant is preferred, beginning with a one-month trial period so everyone has the opportunity to make sure the household is a good fit.
Bond and two weeks’ rent in advance are required. Rent is paid fortnightly.
The room is available to a male tenant. Preference will be given to someone without a car, as street parking is limited and we’d like to avoid overcrowding the street.
