A fully furnished bedroom (Bedroom 2 on the plan) is available for one person only in a well-maintained and comfortable home in Rostrevor, immediately adjacent to Magill. The room features a wardrobe, desk, bookcase, and additional furnishings, with a pleasant outlook over the front garden.

The home remains cool in summer with ducted air-conditioning throughout, including all bedrooms. Appliances are near new (washing machine, TV, etc) and a PuraTap water filtration system is installed. There is a bathroom plus a second separate toilet (see house plan).

Cleaning of the house, carpets, and gardening is included for your added convenience.

Additional details:
• Unlimited Telstra NBN25 WiFi is included.
• Gas, Electricity and Water are billed separately on 3 monthly cycles and average approximately $25 extra per week per person over the year with normal usage.

Located in Rostrevor next to Magill and within walking distance to the Magill campus of Adelaide University.
The H30 bus also provides direct access to North Terrace (CBD) and takes approximately 25 minutes in off-peak times.

This is a tidy, non-smoking home offering a clean and respectful living environment. I am seeking a reliable female student or working professional who values a peaceful and comfortable home and is ideally able to commit to a 12 month lease (longer stays welcome).
A shorter term could be negotiated if that may be more suitable for you.

This is a quiet household rather than a party house, but would not be suitable for someone working/studying full-time from home.
