Beds are king single (longer and a bit wider). All amenities; towels and bed linen supplied, reasonable use of laundry facilities, streaming TV services (2). Easy commute by train or bus to Mawsons Lakes Campus or train to Gawler station for bus to Roseworthy Campus. Owner a credentialed Homestay provider - however, I am happy to rent if not using Homestay. Car owners - easy drive to either campus. Off-street parking - sliding gate secure. May consider visiting academia, calculated at night rate $50 per night.
