Two single rooms are available Room1 from July 1st, Room2 from August 1st, 2026 in a welcoming and secure shared house. This is comfortable, hassle free living in a safe neighbourhood, ideal for students who want a quiet place to study and a friendly atmosphere to come home to.

The rooms itself are spacious and fully furnished. It comes with a comfortable queen size bed, a large wardrobe offering excellent storage, and a practical desk with a chair – perfect for late night study sessions. To keep you comfortable all year round, the room is fitted with both a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The door also has a lock for your privacy and peace of mind.

The bathroom is shared with a another student and is kept clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, air-fryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a washing machine and fast, reliable internet throughout the house, so you can study, stream, or stay connected without interruption.

All bills are included in the rent – electricity, gas, water and internet.

A few house rules apply: no smoking indoors, no additional pets, and a strict policy of no alcohol or illegal drugs. These are simple, sensible guidelines to keep the house a respectful and harmonious place for everyone.

Please note, a friendly and well behaved dog lives on the premises. You are not required to walk, feed, or care for the dog – you simply need to be comfortable sharing the space with a calm, affectionate pet. It is a real bonus for animal lovers who miss their own furry friends back home.
