Small heritage cottage opposite the parklands in North Adelaide.
Bus stop is a 5 minute walk with several bus routes into the city.
25 minute walk to Adelaide Uni , North Terrace and the CBD.
The house has 2 bedrooms, shared bathroom/toilet, galley kitchen, laundry; 2x separate living areas. , lovely cottage garden and lawned area.
This is a share house situation and all facilities are available for use.
The bedroom is fully furnished with queen bed and available for rent until October 2026 . After that planned renovations will probably make the house unliveable.
Currently there is no WiFi but I am in the process of having it installed.
There is only ON streetcar parking available with a 3hr time limit Mon to Fri...
Rent is inclusive of all utilities [assuming moderate use]

Who you'll be living with
I am a friendly, easy going, sociable, busy, mature female who enjoys hiking, theatre, music festivals, travel and spending time with family and friends.
I am looking for a communicative, non-smoking, responsible female to share my home with one other. That's me!
Environmental sustainability and recycling is really important to me, and I am looking for someone with a similar mindset , who is clean, tidy, easy going and respectful.
Sharing the house with me is my elderly cat, so you must not mind cats.
