5-bedroom shared house, St Bernards road, Magill

I’m offering safe, affordable student accommodation in Magill in a large, fully furnished house designed to suit student living. While I don’t live at the property myself, I manage it and make sure it is a comfortable, respectful, and well-maintained home for everyone.

The house is spacious and quiet, and a great place to study and relax. It has large bedrooms, common areas, and everything you need to move in straight away. All plates, pots, pans, and household essentials are provided.

Currently, all tenants are students. There’s a couple in the master bedroom and some male students in the other rooms. The house is and suitable for both male and female students.

The house is in Magill and there is a Bus stop right outside the house (within the go zone) with about a 15 minute bus ride to the city. It’s got easy access to universities, shops, and local amenities.

Bills are shared amongst tenants. There is also free unlimited internet
