3-bedroom house, South Street

For rent is our property near the Roseworthy campus in Hamley Bridge. Our long term tenant has bought her own place and will be moving out by the end of March 2026. She lived their with her 3 kids and 2 dogs so it is a good size home.

The house was updated with a new kitchen and new bathroom in 2021.

The block is over 3000 square metres so there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy a piece of the country side while still being within easy reach of Roseworthy and Gawler. There is also plenty of space to grow your own vegetables with large water tanks offering plenty in the way of irrigation capability.

The town itself is great and the recently refurbished pub is a favourite with locals and visitors alike.

I will be at the property this weekend taking photos of the inside so for now I've only shown the pub and an older satellite photo (I've cleared most of the trees on the block since then to make the property more usable).
