The structure of the house is as follows; I have my own bedroom. There is a small bedroom used as a spare room for storage. There are 2 other large bedrooms for rent, each fully equipped with a Queen sized bed and sheets, pillows and Duvet. Wardrobes and cupboards are built in, and lots of drawer space.
One bedroom is already occupied by a student at Adelaide University studying a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering.
This leaves one full sized bedroom, fully furnished, for rent.

I am: ex teacher, quiet, semi-retired working part time locally & running a small business from home.
I work hard during the day, and enjoy relaxing in a quiet house at night.

I am looking for a friendly, nonsmoker, clean and tidy person to share my house, together with another lodger.
Roy is a young professional male studying for a Masters in Chemical Engineering at Adelaide University.
The house has the ideal atmosphere for study as we maintain a quiet respectful household.
Harmony, honesty and respect is paramount.

The house is a comfortable fully furnished home in a quiet and convenient location .
My house is only 5. 3 kilometres from the city.
It has a total of 4 bedrooms, Lounge, kitchen/dining area, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, with large laundry.
The bedrooms and living area all have individual reverse-cycle air conditioning.
Use of facilities is all inclusive; I can supply (if needed), everything you will need including bed linen, cooking pots & pans, cutlery, toaster, crockery, microwave, fridge, new washing machine & dryer, TV, DVD, Internet.
Plenty of parking space in the driveway.

The bedroom is fully furnished and contains a Queen size bed with linen, pillows and Duvet/quilt if required. Also a very large wardrobe, bedside dresser and chest of drawers, & equipped with Air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside lamps, desk, & chair.

Electricity, Water, Gas and Internet are included in rent. No extra charge.
Frequent buses along Grange Road to the city and to the beach a few minutes away.
15 to 20 minutes travel from CITY
Buses available from CITY are; ,110, 117, 118,
Nearest stops are number 15. This stop is adjacent to EAST AVENUE .
The term is negotiable for the right person.
Lodging is periodic with 4 weeks BOND plus two weeks rent in advance to begin.
I work on a weekly cash basis in advance for rent, with 2 weeks notice given by either person to leave.
The length of stay initially is dependent upon how we get along.
I prefer at least 2 months stay to begin. If we all get along, and it's working, then the term could be extended beyond 12 months.

Shops: The smaller shops and IGA supermarket is 5 minutes walk from here.
The much larger Findon Shopping Centre with Coles, Drakes & many Specialty shops including Post Office is 5 minutes drive away, or 25 minutes walk.
There are smaller shops 5 minutes walk from my house.
