3-bedroom shared house, Jenkins Avenue

The room is small with a single bed, wardrobe and desk. The person would have full access to the house (kitchen/dining room, lounge room and large garden in the rear). There is a laundry with a modern washing machine. The house is very close to a terminal bus stop (H33) that goes straight into the city (North Terrace). Buses usually run every 20 minutes
The landlord is an academic and his son and girlfriend live in the rear bedroom. They are both students at Adelaide University (Nursing) and TAFESA (Community Services).
We are an easy going family and the house is a normal family home. The previous student stayed 2 years before returning home and loved living here.
We are also an international family with strong links to SE Asia and Europe.
When we make a large dinner, we often have enough for a free feed!
Living in the house is relaxing and ideal for a student.
We have a slight preference for a female but a male is also ok.
